Fast, affordable food, full of flavour with great portions! The kimchi fried rice is delicious, so filling and satisfying! The fried chicken is juicy, tender and crispy as can be! You get so many pieces and comes with a hefty portion of purple rice, as well. Would recommend to anyone for a cheap lunch, easy take out or a group meal where you all want to get a bit of something and share!
Mom and pop shop, very good food and lovely vibes. I personally am not the biggest fan of Korean food but this place is definitely worth trying
Friendly staff and service, it seems to be a business run by a Korean. The boss seems to be a Korean woman, but the employee seems to be Korean-Chinese.. The seasoning is red, but it is not spicy and it is delicious. Seasoned chicken looks like fresh fried chicken. However, there is no music, so it is a little too much to go out and eat alone. And if you want original Korean style tteokbokki, it is not recommended. If you eat in the store, a 10% charge is added.
We visited to get the korean fried chicken and boy did it not disappoint . Delicious fresh and tasty. That inferno sauce is hot af. But delicious all the way. Portion size is very filling! And great value for your money! 10 quid for a very filling meal does well! And the staff are lovely!
Popped in during a rainy day after a working in the nearby library, and the tofu stew with seafood was just what I needed to warm me up! A large portion, especially with the rice that came with it, and it was packed with an assortment of seafood - really good value for money. Restaurant is small on the inside with very quick service, a typical small asian restaurant in london. Also had an assortment of korean drinks and bites on the side (various sodas, kimchi etc.). Can’t wait to try more of the menu
While the ambiance could use some improvement, the quick service ensures a convenient dining experience. However, it’s unfortunate that there’s no option to remove garlic for those with intolerances. On the bright side, the cuisine is authentic and bursting with flavor. Plus, the generous portion sizes make for a satisfying meal. Overall, despite a few shortcomings, the food quality and efficient service make it a worthwhile dining destination.
Takeaway counter with a few seats. We had Korean Fried Chicken, seafood soup with rice, and pancake, which was almost too much for two of us. Flavours were great, good prices, recommended!
We popped in here for a bite to eat with a friend. It's more of a takeaway place, but we dined in because it was raining outside. They were very accommodating, made my vegetarian bibimbap without tofu and beansprouts and added a well done fried egg. It tasted delicious. We shared a kimchi pancake which although wasn't presented perfectly, it had a lovely taste. I would definitely go back.
